Which printers does LabelSnip work with?

Any printer that accepts a 4x6 PDF or PNG — Rollo, Zebra, Munbyn, Brother and the rest. LabelSnip exports the file; your printer driver handles the rest.

Do you store my shipping labels?

Accepted Answer

No. Cropping runs inside your browser, so the label file never leaves your machine. Your account keeps only a job record: the tool used, the filename and the time.

What counts as a label against my monthly limit?

Accepted Answer

Each processed page counts as one label. A five-page batch counts as five.

Question 4

Can I use it on a phone or tablet?

Accepted Answer

It works, but the dashboard is built desktop-first because most sellers print from a packing bench with a computer attached.

How do I pay, and can I cancel?

Card payments are handled by Stripe from the Billing page — we never see or store your card details. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time, and a cancelled plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for.

What happens when I hit my limit?

Processing pauses until the next monthly reset or until you move to a higher tier. Nothing already downloaded is affected.
